Connect your provider
Add your Twilio credentials (Account SID and Auth Token) to your Vault. They are encrypted, and your assistant only ever holds a temporary stand-in token.

Choose the number on your provider account that your assistant should answer on.

A phone number is a regulated thing, tied to an account and an identity. Keeping it on your own Twilio account means the number is genuinely yours, you see the real per-message cost, and nothing is locked to Diali. SMS runs on Twilio today; Telnyx and Plivo work for voice calls on OpenClaw.
Your provider bills you directly for the messages, at their rates. Diali charges hosting only, so there is no per-message markup from us.
