There is a small risk. The QR link uses the unofficial WhatsApp Web bridge, which can lead to account restrictions, so use a dedicated number rather than your personal one, keep it conversational, and don’t message people who haven’t written first. Your assistant identifies itself as AI to the people it talks to, and only answers numbers you have allowed. For a business line that must stay up, connect WhatsApp Business on a Hermes assistant.
Yes. Many people link a second number so the assistant is reachable without mixing into their personal chats. Either works, and you can change it later.
